DR T.K. ROY
Dr. Roy was in M.N.Dastur & Co (P) Ltd more than 32 years and retired as Jt. Managing Director in June 2002. He had a long experience in direct, plan, development of master plan etc.
Dr. Roy had extensively travailed various countries of Asia, Africa, South East Asia and Latin America in connection with engineering and executions of projects, relating to iron and steel industries as well as market research and development of conceptual plans.
He has been associated with Research and Development & Scientific Services, Tata Steel, Jamshedpur as visiting Engineering Consultant since 2008 till 2018. He is a Life Member of Indian Institute of Metals and Fellow of Institute of Engineers (India).
JAYANTA BOSE
A graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering from B.E.College, presently IIEST, Shibpur in 1989 with more than 30 year of experience in varied fields. Travelled extensively in many countries of Far East, Europe and Africa. Was responsible for technology transfer and plant transfer.Has core competencies in Coal Washery, Mineral Beneficiation, Tailings Recovery, Metal Recovery, Pelletizing, Green Field Set up of Soft Ferrite, Special Purpose Machine Development and its allied projects, Worked with Ingwenya Mineral Tech as Vice President (Projects) and executed many mineral beneficiation projects. Was instrumental of setting up of pilot pellet plant and iron ore pilot jigging plant for Tata Steel. Was also associated with Tenova Delkor as Head – Electrical and Instrumentation. Developed the complete electrical control and automation system for jig-based Ferro Chrome metal recovery plant for Jindal Stainless Steel.
PRAVAKAR CHARABORTY
More than 20 years of experience in Design and Engineering of Mineral Beneficiation, Bulk material handling plant related equipment with a great exposure in CAD/CAE software like AutoCAD2015, Autodesk Inventor2015, Solidworks2015.
Creo Parametric 3.0, Ansys 18.1 In depth knowledge of sizing and design of screens, feeders and mineral jigs for Coal iron ore and other mineral applications. Served Ingwenya Mineral Tech Pvt. Ltd. & Ingwenya Mineral Operation Pvt Ltd. Kolkata and Hari Machine – 2019Ltd/Cemtec India Pvt. Ltd from 2009.
The team has combined experience of setting up the following Coal Washery and Iron Ore Beneficiation plant
- 150 TPH Heavy Media Coking Coal Washery for GNRE, Gujarat
- 200 TPH Jig based Coal Washery for KRE, Orissa
- 50 TPH Coal De-shaling Plant with Batac Jig for Sawang Coal Washery
- Plant modernization with Batac Jig replacing the old Heavy Media Plant for Chasnala Coal Washery
- Revamping with Batac Jig and replacing Baum Jig for Bhojudih Coal Washery
- 4 x 600 TPH Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant for JSW, Karnataka
- 2 x 50 TPH Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant for KMC, Orissa
- 180 TPH Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant using Combo jig for treating coarse and fines together for GPIL, Chattishgarh
